I don't give 5 star reviews because I don't read 5 star reviews anymore. But these guys truly deserve it. My mom has been having problems with her Kia since they did an update on it. She tried to get Kia to fix the issues but they couldn't even tell her the problem because they don't have REAL mechanics. They just read what the book tells them. However, she brought it to Everything Automotive and they immediately went under the hood(who knew that was an option? Lol). They called and told her all the issues and which ones were most in need since she's not rich. They are honest and know what they're doing and don't overcharge. That's very rare these days. So glad some people still care about quality. Thank you guys so much and we'll bring it back to you every time we need it.

I stopped bye this shop on my way to work this week, at 7:20 and waited for them to open. When he got there he said they were not open yet, I explained I got in my car this morning and it showed tires were low and front ones only had 22 # I was afraid to drive much further. This gentlemen said wait and let me get the compressors on and he would take care of me. He came right out and checked all my tires and filled them all, When I asked him what I owed him, he said Nothing! wow was I shocked., I asked him for his card and it was Tony Mossuto THE OWNER! On a previous visit with my daughter's Mazda, Tony spent hours on a sensor reading that wasn't adding up. Instead of putting in a $300.00 (honestly priced) part, he suggested running a tank full of non-ethanol gas to see if it corrected the reading as he had tested the fuel in the tank and saw an issue. Two days later, the check engine light cleared itself, saving my daughter $300.00. I'm very lucky! My tire blew out as I was driving past this auto shop on my way to work. I pulled into their parking lot and Tony came over to help me right away. He changed my tire and put on my spare in 10 minutes without charge- just helping a stranger. I returned the next morning for a full auto inspection and oil change, and it was an A+ experience! My car had a gas leak from a vent hose. Our regular place we took it to would not repair the hose but instead ordered a new tank with hoses which are on Nationwide backorder and the cost was going to be over 1700 dollars. so I went online looking for answers and doing research and decided to bring it to everything automotive for a second opinion after reading their reviews. Ben and Tony were the ones I dealt with and immediately Ben, knew that it could be fixed and Tony fixed it right there and then while I waited. They knew this was emergent and got right on it. I have nothing but good things to say. Ben was wonderful working with over the phone. I had my car towed there after the previous mechanic (family friend) charged me over $600 to replace parts that didn't even need to be fixed!! Basically the friend mechanic didn't know how to fix it. This caused me so much stress and irritation. Not to mention I'm 7 months pregnant. So I went without a car for 3 weeks while this guy couldn't figure out my problem. I am very pleased with the overall service I received from this car shop. From the moment I brought in my car until I picked it up, customer service was on point! I initially brought in my car at a Toyota dealership in Arlington, but they couldn't figure out what's wrong with it and was charging me over $2k to replace the skid control ECU of my Prius, which they assumed to be the problem. I backed out and luckily found Everything Automotive on google search. The reviews here really helped out since I needed a hybrid expert and they are! Turns out the problem was just a short-fuse which only costed me $250 overall! I highly recommend them!

The people at Everything Automotive really care about the service they provide. They are not in the business to sell you unnecessary services. They are honest and reliable. I took my vehicle in for air conditioning issues. Rather than recommend replacing several parts, they filled it with freon and dye. They said that may be good enough; however, if at some point down the road the air conditioning seems to go bad again, I can bring it back in, and they will waive the diagnostic fee. From the moment I first did business with them, I felt like I could count on them to do the right thing for me. They have what is best for my vehicle and wallet in mind. My wife's GM SUV had a no crank no start issue, no communication between the computer and the BCM. That normally means an expensive trip to the dealer, I was told that everything automotive had the GM diagnostic equipment to do the job. They repaired the issue for the cost of a diagnosis and the truck had an AC issue as well and they repaired that. Total price out the door 300 bucks and some change. This shop has earned my respect and you can believe I will recommend them!

Handling car repairs is not my forte at all, but sadly, we all ourselves needing to eventually. As a woman, I feel that it is even more difficult--being told countless times how my gender made me a target for mechanics to hustle an extra buck by giving estimates that were much more costly than actually needed, or even worse--not actually doing the work at all and just claiming to. In addition to this concern, is the fact that I don't even know how to articulate what the problem with my car is--and I embarrass myself with my lack of verbage when trying to describe what problems lead me there. Everything automotive is a God send in regards to this. I took my car in today, imagining a bill that would be at least 1200 dollars. My steering wasn't working right. It was making noise. And I had to guess how to explain all this! But they treated me gently, listened to my points and asked easy questions to get an idea as to where to start looking for the problems. It was painless and flawless and that exorbitant bill I imagined! I think it was less than 14 dollars for parts and a pittance for labor--so I asked them to do an oil change too. On top of it all, everyone I spoke to seemed so welcoming. I am really thankful to find a place that wants to do fair, honest business.

I do not have the vocabulary to articulate how absolutely amazing this business is. I met Ben & Tony after receiving a quote of $500 and 2-3 days before the repair was completed. Everything Automotive completed the job for less than $200 in less than 2 hours. Every visit there after I have been greeted by my first name and asked about my family. Ben has saved me with a jumpstart & oil and Tony has sanitized my car at the beginning of COVID, at absolutely no cost. This business genuinely cares about its customers, You even receive free towing just for being a client!!! My fuel pump went out . They fixed it well. The best thing about this place is the thoroughness they give. The experience they have will help them to help you get the right fix. I was impressed with the reviews and with a name like EVERYTHING Automotive, how could I go wrong! Called for a quote to replace a slave cylinder, and upgrade my clutch and flywheel... Easy, right? RIGHT? .. WRONG. I was told by the gentleman over the phone that "I don't install other peoples parts".. Uh.. They're brand new parts, the parts I WANT in MY car. What does it matter if I order them or if they order them? I don't even need them to warranty the work, but, that wasn't even an option. "EVERYTHING" Automotive.. LOL. More like "If I can't milk you for every and any penny on the parts, I won't do the work" Automotive. Or, "Everything Vanilla" Automotive. I'm sure they do outstanding work however, this place is useless to me so they get 1 star... If I had the space, I'd do the repair myself. I do 95% of the repairs on my car so this is an already frustrating situation for me... The search continues!!

I was ill and became stranded in a thunderstorm with a dead battery. My phone battery was about gone, and there was not one place around with a telephone directory. Everyone I knew seemed to be unavailable too. I finally reached a friend who knew about Everything Automotive, called them, and they even got a tow truck for me. I found a ride home, leaving the car key at a restaurant that was open. They called me first thing the next morning, telling me I needed a battery. I had one more concern., though was not hopeful for an answer. My car engine sounded like a two seater airplane. The Honda dealer could find no reason for it and excused it as the age of the car. They had suggested driving it to hear the noise, but twice when I took it in to do so, they refused to drive it, but would only check it out, with no answer. So, I just asked Everything Automotive to drive it and see if there was a reason other than just the age of my car. They did, and very quickly knew exactly what it was. It was fixed, battery installed, and ready to pick up that same day. Did I mention the repair bill was very reasonable? Honda service just lost a customer of 9 years. It's Everything Automotive from now on.

What a great experience! Maybe one of the only honest car repair shops left!!! Took my car in to have a diagnostic done because all the lights decided to come on. Tony told me that it is $100 for a full diagnostic, but if he couldn't fix the issue he would not charge me. Who does that nowadays...nobody! He advised he could probably fix it but would be more comfortable with me taking to a VW dealership that sees these issues everyday, because he didn't want to fix it and it not be perfect. I can't say how much I appreciate everyone at Everything Automotive!! I live an hour away and I had to take my daughter to the doctor in Jacksonville. As I was leaving the doctor my car broke down. I called my husband to ask what I should do, as he could not leave work to come help me. He called several auto mechanic shops and was told they couldn't look at it. He called Everything Automotive and they said they would send a tow truck to pick us up and we could sit and wait in the lobby for my husband to get off and get there to get us. They made us feel very welcome while there. This may not seem like a lot but when it's two females in an unknown place with today's society it meant a lot to us and to my husband whom was very worried about us being safe. When you don't know anything about a mechanic shop you worry that they will take you for all you have. We never worried about that with them. They did an awesome job and didn't charge two arms and two legs like some companies would have. THANK YOU EVERYTHING AUTOMOTIVE!!!
